On January 2nd, I posted the following message to social media platforms.

In 2020, many setbacks and opportunities happened to each of us, largely due to COVID-19.

It is not anything that happens to us; how we respond sets the tone for who we are and what we will become Click To Tweet.

A few years ago, I had a significant medical setback that left me on death’s doorstep. I could have easily packed it in and called it a Life. I picked a different route, which was a gift to me, propelling me to be more active and alive than ever.

From not being able to get down or up from the training floor, it is the first step that helps you get to where you want to go.

This last weekend, I redoubled my belief in getting better at everything I do; hence these 80# goblet squats.

I now focus on Mental Fitness to be my Physical Fitness’ partner.

If I can do it at 78 years young, anyone can make this choice – it is undividedly in our mind.

May 2021 be an innovative year for all of us.

As a leader, each of us has the awesome responsibility to show the way to extraordinary success by our actions, not by our words.

Ask yourself…Am I a leader?
