When reflecting on my life and how grateful I am with all our blessings, I can’t stop thinking about leadership and what it means to each of us.  Leadership, the ability to inspire others by eliciting their support and aid towards achieving a goal is a contact sport.  We can not sit idly on the sidelines and expect great achievements – we need to be in the game, calling the plays, and working each and every day to make this world a better place to live.  Uniquely, leadership when properly applied can have tremendous leverage, working through others and impacting the lives of many. Finally, when we have the spirit of leading and we leverage it for the good through others, we can leave our own lasting legacy, which is making the world a bit of a better place to live and flourish.
