The frustration of Baby Boomers and Millennials is well publicized but maybe we should be looking for inter-generational opportunities instead of problems.  Bill Gates and Warren Buffett’s joint philanthropic activities are a great example of two generations working together, as are Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga’s recent collaboration.
