The power of storytelling for leaders has been featured in this space in the past, but many CEOs and C-Level executives aren’t sure how to become a good storyteller.

The good news is that it just takes a desire to do so, a little practice and following the tips in this recent Forbes article  “Why is Leadership Storytelling So Powerful?” which contains a short video and additional links that will help you communicate to you teams in ways that can produce better results.

Communication is one of the leaders’ most significant responsibilities, and these skills take time to develop and perfect. Just like any craft, you first need to learn the principles and then apply these to the situation, and then after use, lots of practice is necessary.
