  1. These are very interesting. I think I have seen each of these traits in various work environments. As a manager myself, I think I struggle with numbers 1 and 2. Sometimes you feel that you need to prove yourself as a leader, but I have found if you work in a more collaborative way, and focus on people as opposed to profits, you can be more effective.
